After earning two engineering degrees and climbing the corporate ladder to become a VP, I thought I had “made it.” But behind the long hours and constant stress, I was running on empty. I looked successful on the outside, but inside I felt drained, disconnected, and unhappy with my health and body.
Fitness became my turning point. It gave me the energy, confidence, and balance I had been missing (not just physically, but mentally too). That’s when I realized what I truly wanted wasn’t another promotion, but to help others experience that same transformation.
Now, I coach men and women who feel stuck, helping them take the guesswork out of fitness and feel in control again.
